Miss Clear Clutter is seeking independent organizing contractors for fast-paced in-home organizing, relocation support, estate transitions, unpacking, and decluttering projects.
This is not an entry-level organizing role.
We are seeking professionals who require minimal supervision, work efficiently in occupied client homes, and can make sound decisions independently while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

This is hands-on residential organizing—not home styling.
Our clients are often navigating major life transitions, including moving, downsizing, the loss of a loved one, overwhelming clutter, chronic disorganization, or years of accumulated belongings. We work throughout the entire home, including kitchens, bedrooms, garages, basements, attics, storage areas, and utility spaces.
Successful team members are compassionate, nonjudgmental, adaptable, and comfortable working in a wide variety of home environments. The work can be physically demanding and occasionally dusty or dirty, but it is deeply rewarding for those who are passionate about helping people create lasting, functional change.
If you’re looking primarily for photo-ready organizing projects, this position is likely not the right fit.
This role is for you if you:

- Are physically capable of active 6–8 hour workdays.
- Come fully prepared (food, hydration, tools, and appropriate attire).
- Naturally notice what needs to be done and take initiative.

- Work quietly and efficiently in occupied clients’ homes.

Compensation
Performance-based contractor compensation.
- Evaluation rate begins at $25/hour, with experienced autonomous contractors earning $30–$35/hour + based on demonstrated reliability, efficiency, and independence.
