Capital Digestive Care in Norfolk, VA is looking for a full-time CRNA in our endoscopy unit. We are a fast-paced, patient oriented Gastroenterology practice with 8 providers and 4 APPs. The unit runs Monday -Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
The position offers a Monday -Friday schedule and does not require call or weekends.
Compensation will be based on experience. We are open to bringing the right candidate onboard as either a W-2 or 1099 employee. A potential sign-on bonus for the ideal candidate can be discussed.
Must be licensed in the state of Virginia, a graduate of an accredited program and have a current BLS and ACLS certification.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and examines patients pre-operatively
- Assesses patient data and selects appropriate anesthetic to administer
- Monitors, interprets and evaluates information derived from monitors
- Protects patients life functions and vital organs during endoscopic procedures
- Monitors and evaluates patients' post-operative care
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals
