Banquet Bartenders are on-call and utilized on an as needed basis for scheduled meetings, conferences and events. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Hours will vary depending on the event offered.
- Thoroughly read and understand all details of the BEO, including start time and beverage requirements.
- Set up bar according to BEO requirements and ensure it is fully stocked with the tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.
- Greet guests; take beverage orders, mix drinks, and other bar beverages as ordered in compliance with hotel standards.
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Complete side work checklist sheet from beginning to end of shift
Pay: $16.37 per hour
