Key Responsibilities
* Meet with individuals, families, and retirees to understand their financial goals.
* Educate clients on life insurance, fixed annuities, and retirement income strategies.
* Recommend personalized insurance and annuity solutions based on each client's needs.
* Develop new business through referrals, networking, community outreach, and lead follow-up.
* Build long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and annual policy reviews.
* Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).
* Annuity certification or willingness to complete required training.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule.
* Sales, financial services, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
