Job Summary
We are looking for a Meta Campaign & Organic Publishing Specialist to support paid and organic execution across Facebook and Instagram.
This person will work inside Meta Ads Manager to set up campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, UTMs, creative uploads, copy, links, and campaign QA. They will also publish supplied organic content across assigned social channels according to the content calendar.
This is not a strategy-only role. This is a high-execution role for someone who is comfortable inside Meta every day and understands the importance of accuracy, tracking, naming conventions, compliance, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Build and launch Meta campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on the approved campaign strategy.
Upload creative, copy, headlines, descriptions, destination links, UTMs, tracking parameters, and audience settings.
QA campaigns before launch to confirm correct links, correct pages, correct tracking, correct budgets, correct naming, correct dates, and correct creative.
Monitor active campaigns to make sure ads are delivering properly, spend is pacing correctly, links are working, and obvious issues are caught early.
Add new ads into existing campaigns and ad sets as directed.
Pause, duplicate, rename, organize, and maintain ads according to team direction.
Maintain clean campaign naming conventions and tracking structure.
Coordinate with the creative/content team to make sure ad assets are uploaded correctly.
Post supplied organic content to Facebook, Instagram, groups, pages, reels, stories, and other assigned channels.
Schedule organic content according to the approved content calendar.
Confirm posts are published correctly with the right captions, links, tags, hashtags, thumbnails, and formatting.
Flag issues with rejected ads, poor delivery, broken links, incorrect creative, or missing assets.
Support retargeting campaigns by uploading supplied content and setting up assigned ad variations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
