Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that snow removal services meet quality standards. This position requires the use of navigating our company app through your phone; the individual is comfortable with driving in inclement weather, available on an as needed basis, and enjoys working outside. The field manager will be responsible for thorough inspections outside of your vehicle, collecting data through our app, and providing insights to improve our overall performance.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of client sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collect and document data related to snow removal to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our internal team and our account executives to communicate findings out in the field during snow or ice events.
