Experienced Prep Cook – Visionarium Live Italian (South Pasadena)
Visionarium Live Italian is looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our growing kitchen team.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Prep Cook or in a professional kitchen.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Not suitable for students. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position with room to grow.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
- Punctual, dependable, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for daily service.
- Wash, cut, portion, and organize food items.
- Keep prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Properly store and label food products.
- Assist the kitchen team during service as needed.
