Lotus Bridal is seeking a creative, organized, and social savvy Social Media Coordinator / Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts across all our store locations (Lotus Bridal and Bridal Rack). This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about bridal fashion, content creation, and helping women feel beautiful and confident.
You’ll play a key role in our online presence by assisting with content creation, engaging our audience, and helping execute marketing campaigns and store promotions.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in planning, creating and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Maintain and grow ourPinterest account with fresh pins, idea boards, and optimized content.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner with an on brand voice.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align social media efforts with overall branding initiatives.
- Being on top of industry trends to assist in content creation and strategy.
- Assist with light graphic design using Canva (for stories, promos, event flyers, etc.)
- Maintain and update our marketing platforms like the Knot and WeddingWire
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in social media and/or marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content.
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content on your phone
- Possess a strong eye for bridal fashion and an intuitive sense of what photographs well and resonates with our audience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
- Have a passion for bridal fashion and luxury retail!
