We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for exterior sign cleaning work in ID.
Scope of Work
- Clean all exterior Chase Bank signage: pylons, lettersets, monuments, directionals, ATM signs, and parking signs
- Remove dirt, algae, bird droppings, graffiti, dust, and stickers
- Tools required: Simple Green, extension pole (up to 35 ft), microfiber cloths
- Document any signs or stickers that cannot be cleaned (asset number + issue in writing)
- Complete each site in a single visit
Photo Requirements
- All signs require Pre, During, and Post photos
- Lettersets: 4 photos per sign | Pylons/Directionals/Monuments: 6 photos per sign | All others: 3 photos per sign
- During photos must show cleaning equipment actively on the sign
- Photos must be full color, unaltered, and not resized
- Submit via Dropbox — each site in its own labeled folder
Documentation Required
- Cleaning Departure Sign-Off Sheet must be completed at every site
- Branch Manager signature required at time of service
- Sign-off sheet must be submitted with all cleaning photos.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation required
- Must own or have access to: Simple Green, extension pole, microfiber cloths
- Smartphone capable of uploading photos
- Ability to work independently and complete sites in one visit
- Experience in exterior sign cleaning or building maintenance preferred
