Bricks & Minifigs® (BAM) is the largest franchised toy store of its kind specializing in the buying, selling and trading of new and used LEGO® sets, bulk bricks, and minifigures (“minifigs”). BAM has built their brand based on three principals:

Store Associate High Level Responsibility
- Create an atmosphere that balances a casual/friendly feel with professionalism.
- Help customers, aged child to adult, learn their way around the store and develop an understanding of how the Bricks & Minifigs experience is unique.
- Make sure the environment is safe and welcoming.
What Most Of Your Day Will Entail
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Keeping the store looking clean and fresh
- Assisting customers at checkout
- Sorting and cleaning bulk LEGO bricks
- Building and repairing used sets
- Cleaning restrooms
- Scheduling events
- Lots of standing with some heavy lifting of containers upwards of 50 pounds
- Stocking minifigures and other products
- Hosting parties and other in store events
Qualifications
- 18 years or older strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or other customer service experience.
- Knowledge of the LEGO ecosystem from past to present. We will consider motivated candidates with strong retail experience and no LEGO knowledge.
- Ability to work in accordance with store hours (Monday-Saturday 10AM-7PM)
- Must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
