We are looking for a Patient Care Consultant who enjoys building relationships and helping people make important healthcare decisions.
This is not cold calling.
Every person you speak with has already contacted our clinic or listened to one of our educational spine lectures. Your job is to listen, educate, answer questions, and help determine whether our Two-Day Discovery process is the right next step.
This is a relationship-building position—not a high-pressure sales role.
What You'll Do
- Conduct scheduled phone consultations with prospective patients.
- Listen carefully to each person's story and concerns.
- Build trust through education and thoughtful communication.
- Follow a proven consultation process and script.
- Answer questions and address concerns.
- Follow up with patients who need additional time before making a decision.
- Help qualified patients schedule our Two-Day Discovery evaluation.
- Accurately document conversations in our CRM.

- An exceptional listener.
- Calm, patient, and empathetic.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable following a proven process while communicating naturally.
- Confident asking for the next step when the patient is ready.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Coachable and eager to improve.
- Honest, dependable, and full of integrity.
This Position Is NOT For Someone Who:
- Uses high-pressure sales tactics.
- Talks more than they listen.
- Frequently goes off script or improvises instead of following a proven process.
- Gives up after one conversation.
- Is uncomfortable following up with patients over time.
Ideal Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is helpful:
- Inside Sales
- Healthcare
- Patient Coordination
- Dental
- Physical Therapy
- Medical Device Sales
- High-End Customer Service
- Relationship-Based Sales
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We can teach our clinical process. We cannot teach integrity, empathy, or a genuine desire to help people.
