Fulton Gardens Post Acute is hiring a part time and Respiratory Therapist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the geriatric population. Our focus is ensuring high-quality patient care, strong clinical outcomes, and a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory assessments, treatments, care planning, and documentation
- Manage and drive the respiratory caseload, focusing on clinical success and resident quality of life
- Educate and support nursing staff on respiratory techniques, equipment, and best practices
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Enjoys working with older adults
- Takes initiative and embraces accountability
- Able to lead, organize, and manage a department independently
