About the Position:

We are looking for a skilled and caring Registered Nurse to support a 38-year-old male patient with Cerebral Palsy who requires G-tube and Tracheostomy care. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a patient’s life by providing essential, individualized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer G-tube feedings and Tracheostomy care
- Monitor vital signs and assess health status
- Document and report any changes in the patient’s condition
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and the family for holistic patient care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Texas
- Previous experience with G-tube and Tracheostomy care (preferred but not required; training available)
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Spanish-speaking candidates preferred to enhance communication and comfort
