Perform all duties of a lifeguard
Ensure Operation meets company standards for quality, service, safety, and financial efficiency
Ensure compliance with all park and department safety and operational policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all E&A standards and procedures
Oversee completion of all department paperwork
Supervise, Motivate, Train, and Develop employees
Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily.
Represent the company to guests and other team members in a positive & friendly manner.
Satisfy Wild Adventures standards for performance and conduct. For example, report to work regularly and on time.
“Create Memories Worth Repeating” for our Guests by exceeding expectations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
