Screen Print / Direct-to-Film (DTF) Print Operator

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Screen Print / Direct-to-Film (DTF) Print Operator to join our growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality custom apparel while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate has experience operating Screen Printing and/or DTF equipment, maintains high quality standards, and thrives in a production environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate Screen Printing and/or Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing equipment.
- Prepare garments, transfer sheets, artwork, films, and screens for production as needed.
- Load and unload garments or transfer sheets accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks throughout production to ensure proper color, alignment, and print quality.
- Maintain and clean printing equipment, screens, platens, heat presses, and related tools.
- Follow production schedules while meeting daily production goals and deadlines.
- Work closely with design, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order completion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with other production-related duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience operating Screen Printing and/or DTF printing equipment preferred.
- Experience with apparel decoration, garment printing, or a related production environment.
- Familiarity with heat press equipment and DTF transfer processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer skills for reviewing digital artwork, production files, and job instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RIP software or DTF printing software.
- Knowledge of pre-treatment and curing processes.
- Experience with color matching or Pantone color systems.
