About the Role
As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position that begins with a three-month trial period, during which you will handle customer service and general office administrative duties. We're looking for someone who wants a stable, full-time position within a supportive, well-established office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client calls and correspondence with professionalism and empathy. Ensure excellent customer service and client support.
- Create, organize, manage, and maintain client files and documents.
- Do hard copy filing. Assist with transition to digitized files.
- Print and organize documents generated by insurance carriers.
- Assist with receiving, recording, processing, and distributing payments.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing postal mail.
- Assist with paying bills.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Provide support for various tasks and projects as needed by agents.
- Seek professional development opportunities to enhance administrative and customer service skills.
