Warwick Kids’ Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated pre-kindergarten Teacher to join our team!
For over 30 years, Warwick Kids’ Academy has been a scholastic-based early childhood development center proudly serving our community. Our mission is to provide children with a strong academic foundation. Most students graduate our program reading at or above grade level. We continue to raise the bar in early education and are looking for educators who are excited to grow with us.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a confident, nurturing educator who works well with children, families, and staff, and is comfortable in a lead classroom position. This role requires creativity, strong classroom management, and a commitment to developing future leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a pre-kindergarten classroom in alignment with academic standards
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Collaborate with administration and fellow educators
- Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of students
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field
- Previous experience in elementary school setting
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills
- Creative, dependable, and organized
- Passion for early childhood education and student success
