Night Shift Lead Setup Machinist
Location: Broken Arrow, OK Area
Shift: Night Shift
Pay: $28/hr+ Depending on Experience
HireCall is seeking an experienced Night Shift Lead Setup Machinist who is confident working with both CNC lathes and mills. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can take ownership of the shift, make sound decisions, troubleshoot machining issues, and keep production moving with limited supervision.
What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills

Make offsets and program edits using Fanuc controls

Troubleshoot tooling, setups, and machining issues

Read blueprints and verify parts meet print requirements

Assist operators with setups, tooling, and process issues

Delegate work and help keep machines and operators productive

Make production decisions with limited management support

Communicate shift status, issues, and priorities to day-shift leadership

Jump between machines and assist wherever needed to keep production on schedule
What We're Looking For

Strong CNC machining and setup experience
-
Experience with both CNC lathes and mills

Comfortable making program edits at Fanuc controls

Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills

Ability to troubleshoot tooling, setup, and dimensional issues

Previous lead or leadership experience preferred

Ability to delegate work and keep a team productive

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to make sound decisions with limited supervision
