- Answers incoming telephone calls promptly in a polite, professional manner. Determine the purpose of calls and forward them appropriately while monitoring staff availability

Assist customers and other team members

Work alongside third-party relationships such as lenders, permit authorities, title agents, and trade partners

Answer questions about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other general information

Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Oversee and assist in ordering clerical supply inventory for the model home and office

Handle special administrative projects and overflow work from the department, as needed

Take direction from management and demonstrate a desire to grow professionally

Welcomes clients and on-site visitors cheerfully and professionally; determines the nature of their visit and announces guests to appropriate personnel
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Ability to interact professionally with customers, lenders, and team members

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2+ years of Office Administrative experience preferred

New Home Builder Experience is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Strong computer literacy

Ability to manage workflow proficiently
