As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in various hair techniques and customer service skills will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Perform additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized consultations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the latest styles and services.
Experience
- A valid cosmetology license is required.
- Previous experience in a salon or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills in store management, customer service, and sanitation practices are highly valued.
