As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Leader who knows how to coach, develop, and inspire a team that's already performing at a high level.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your first six months fixing problems. It's an opportunity to work alongside a talented group of professionals and help them become even better.

What You'll Be Doing
Your primary responsibility is to help a great team become even better.
You'll:
- Recruit and onboard top sales talent as the company continues to grow
- Coach and mentor the existing sales team through ride-alongs and one-on-one development
- Lead weekly sales meetings focused on performance, accountability, and professional growth
- Monitor KPIs, sales activity, close rates, and pipeline performance
- Work alongside ownership to improve sales systems and processes
- Partner with production to ensure an outstanding customer experience from signed contract through project completion
- Maintain your own book of business through select personal sales opportunities
This role is about creating consistency, developing people, and building a culture where high performers thrive.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success managing, coaching, and developing a sales team of at least 6–8 sales representatives
- Previous sales management or sales leadership experience required
- Roofing or exterior remodeling experience preferred, but not required
- Leaders from industries such as windows, remodeling, HVAC, solar, automotive, flooring, or other in-home sales environments are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of KPIs, accountability, and performance management
- Experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Professional presence with the ability to earn respect through leadership—not title
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
