Acceptance Counseling Services is currently hiring a Full Time Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT). We are looking forward to expanding into a brand new location soon and looking for the right fit to join this team. Each Clinician is also given the opportunity to decorate their office as they would like, and each office has floor to ceiling windows. Our office suites are spaced out in a way that allows for separate workspaces, each with its own lobby spaces and a break room stocked with snacks and beverages, as well as a weekly group staff meeting where all staff review cases together and provide clinical support, feedback, and input to one another. We really try hard to create a warm, inviting, and therapeutic environment for the clients and those who work here.
One of the best advantages to working at Acceptance Counseling Services is that we also work with local medical clinics and physicians who serve as consistent referral sources and who who we collaborate with regularly. We are committed to working with other providers who can join us in providing quality Integrated Care, and who share similar goals and values.
Lastly, we ensure that the Clinical Staff have constant support and access to the most user-friendly EHR system, allowing the clinician to focus on the clients and not the paperwork, insurance, or payment issues. We primarily work with adults, teens (16 and older), and some couples. We also emphasize being able to have a good time at work so that we can support each other as we support others.
