Description

Collaborate with the coordination, implementation, and districtwide distribution of the cellular device pouch program.

Monitor program compliance and support the resolution of operational issues and campus concerns.

Maintain and reconcile accurate records related to pouch inventory, ordering, distribution, returns, damaged, lost, and replacement pouches, including campus fee collections and replacement requests.

Coordinate with vendors regarding shipments, inventory levels, replacement orders, and program-related needs.

Support district Student Voice initiatives, Restorative Practices, and other student engagement opportunities.

Assist in coordinating student leadership activities, surveys, focus groups, and student feedback collection processes.

Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of student-centered events,
district student safety programs, and other student initiatives. -
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to student safety initiatives and programs.

Assist in developing and maintaining procedures, forms, tracking systems, training schedules, room reservations, and program reports.

Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as requested by the Director of Student Services.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Student Services.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
Excellent computer proficiency with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google
Workspace, and other business software applications.

Ability to accurately enter, maintain, analyze, and report data using spreadsheets, databases, and electronic recordkeeping systems.

Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with students, parents, campus and district administrators, staff, vendors, and community partners. Ability to prepare clear correspondence, reports, presentations, and other written materials while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive
working relationships. -
Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment, preferably within a public school district or educational setting.

Experience with inventory management, records management, purchasing, scheduling, event coordination, program support, and maintaining confidential records is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, and support districtwide programs and initiatives.
