Job Responsibilities: Drive regional sales targets, achieving and growing Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience at all points of interaction. Develop store selling associates, supporting Client Experiences (Inclusive of Zone Events, Resee, and personalized hosting) to continuously exceed client expectations. Partner with store leaders, the Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations & Development teams on WRTW client relations & development strategies. Client-Centric + Excellence: Influence key internal business partners and high-profile clients to grow the business through bespoke styling, building upon existing relationships, recruiting new clientele, and fostering long-term loyalty. Increase the knowledge of Retail Teams and Leaders & that of the wider team in WRTW, inclusive of brand history, competitors, and new product launches in partnership with Lead Stylist /Regional Merchandising Director Collaborate with the Regional Merchandising Director/Lead Stylist on collection training and new launch communication, preparing relevant tools and materials to support full silhouette and personal styling. Innovation: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the competition through store visits and industry awareness, leveraging luxury expertise to inspire creative selling strategies and client engagement. Proactively seek opportunities outside the business to expand the store's network of RTW clients and identify best practices from across the luxury industry.
