What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and functional assessments to identify each client's unique strengths and needs.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans designed to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Analyze clinical data, monitor progress, and make data-driven treatment recommendations.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop intervention strategies for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Partner closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure consistency and success across all environments.
- Mentor, train, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff using best practices in behavioral therapy.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, patient records, intake information, and ensure full HIPAA compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including treatment planning and clinical supervision.
- Experience conducting behavioral and functional assessments and interpreting assessment results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, evaluate, and apply clinical data.
- Knowledge of healthcare documentation, medical terminology, and record management.
- Experience collaborating with schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disabilities is highly valued.
