Midwest Food Equipment Service is a family-owned commercial kitchen equipment company serving all of Michigan since 1970. CFESA-certified with authorized relationships across 100+ manufacturers. Our office team keeps the operation running — and billing is at the center of it.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented and organized who takes pride in accurate work. Prior billing or invoicing experience is strongly preferred. If you have a strong administrative background and can demonstrate the attention to detail this role demands we are open to the right person.

- Minimum 3% raise every year — guaranteed

WHAT WE NEED
- Attention to detail — accuracy is the core of this role
- Prior billing, invoicing or accounts receivable experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Google Suite and Outlook familiarity
- Ten-key and typing proficiency
- Organized, reliable and comfortable working independently
