Rubber Ducky Rug Cleaning ATL is looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This position is responsible for promptly returning calls and following up with potential customers who have requested information about having their area rugs professionally cleaned. These are warm leads from customers who have already expressed interest in our services.
Your job is to create a great first impression, explain the value of the Rubber Ducky cleaning process, and turn customer conversations into booked rug-cleaning appointments.

Responsibilities
- Promptly return calls to potential rug-cleaning customers
- Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email
- Build rapport and provide an upbeat customer experience
- Explain our rug-cleaning services and the benefits of professional rug cleaning
- Gather information about each customer’s rugs and cleaning needs
- Schedule rug pickups, drop-offs, and cleaning appointments
- Consistently follow up with customers who have not yet booked
- Maintain accurate notes and customer information in our lead-management system
- Meet individual and team booking goals
- Help turn new leads into loyal Rubber Ducky customers
What We Are Looking For
- Energetic, positive, and confident personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Sales-driven and motivated by bonuses and results
- Dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Ability to confidently ask for the sale and book appointments
- Previous customer service, appointment-setting, call-center, or sales experience is preferred
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to professionally represent the Rubber Ducky brand
