Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule appointments between homeowners and field representatives.
* Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
* Verify customer information and accurately update our CRM.
* Communicate with field representatives and management throughout the day.
* Confirm appointments and assist with scheduling changes.
* Identify opportunities for same-day appointments when available.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all appointments are properly documented.
* Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience (required).
* Fluent in English, Spanish, and Tagalog (required).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Self-driven, dependable, and highly motivated.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional phone etiquette.
* Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in scheduling or dispatching for service-based businesses.
* Call center or customer service experience.
* Ability to solve problems quickly and think independently.
