Libertyville School District 70 is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for the Little Sprouts program at Butterfield School for a one year Leave of Absence for the 2026-2027 school year. The salary is based on the Salary Schedule.
Qualifications:

Appropriate State of Illinois License

Endorsements in Special Education at the PK level

Student teaching and/or current experience at this grade level preferred
Purpose: To create a flexible pre-kindergarten program for 3 to 5 year old children to ensure learning and personal growth; to motivate students to develop speech abilities, attitudes, skills and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for further participation in the total school program, in accordance with each student’s ability; to build strong ties between home and school; to establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members.
