We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cook, high motivated fast learning individuals you will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every dish meets our standards for taste, presentation, and safety. Your experience in food preparation will be shown by the dishes prepared. Experience in buffet lines and knowledge of cooking with woks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Follow established recipes and menu specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored after use.
- Demonstrate strong knife skills and food preparation techniques to enhance efficiency.
Experience
- Previous culinary experience in high fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Background in food industry practices including food safety, food handling, and meal preparation.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
- knowledge of cooking in a Wok kitchen a plus.
- Experience in buffet a plus
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
