Pay: $15.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our team.
This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for accurate order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, receiving, warehouse organization, and general day-to-day warehouse operations.
A major part of the position involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. However, this is not solely a picking and packing position. The person in this role will also help ensure that our physical inventory matches our inventory management system, keep the warehouse organized, pick up incoming products at the airport or at our cold storage using a company truck, receive and put away products, occasionally deliver local orders, communicate with the rest of our team, and take care of other tasks needed to keep the warehouse operating efficiently.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, recognize what needs to be done, and take responsibility for completing it without constant supervision.
The position requires a drivers license in good standing and the ability to drive the company truck.
The job requires regular computer use for processing orders, managing inventory, printing shipping labels, and working with our e-commerce and warehouse systems.
Primary ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders
- Carefully verify products, quantities, SKUs, and order details before packing
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment
- Prepare shipments and print shipping labels
- Process orders using computer-based shipping and e-commerce systems
- Identify and communicate order discrepancies or fulfillment issues
- Help ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in both our software systems and physical warehouse
- Perform regular manual inventory counts and cycle counts
- Compare physical inventory against system inventory and investigate discrepancies
- Make or communicate necessary inventory adjustments
- Accurately receive incoming inventory and verify quantities
- Ensure received products are entered into the appropriate systems
- Stock products in their correct warehouse locations
- Monitor inventory locations and identify misplaced or incorrectly stocked products
- Communicate inventory shortages, discrepancies, or other concerns to the management
- Help maintain an inventory system that allows products to be located quickly and accurately
- Occasionally drive the company truck (locally) to pick up incoming product from our cold storage or the airport, and/or deliver local orders.
Warehouse Organization & Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Ensure products are stored in their designated locations
- Keep shelves, storage areas, packing stations, and work areas organized
- Keep shipping and packing supplies stocked
- Receive, unload, organize, and put away incoming shipments
- Help improve warehouse organization and workflow
- Identify issues that could affect efficiency, accuracy, or safety
- Perform other warehouse and operational tasks as needed
- Take initiative when work needs to be completed rather than waiting to be assigned every task
Team Communication
- Communicate clearly with office, customer service, and other warehouse team members
- Notify the appropriate team member when inventory, shipping, or order problems are discovered
- Help resolve discrepancies between customer orders, physical inventory, and system inventory
- Coordinate with the rest of the team to prioritize orders and warehouse tasks
- Ask questions when something is unclear rather than making assumptions that could create inventory or fulfillment errors
- Contribute to a cooperative and productive work environment

What Success Looks Like
A successful person in this position is someone we can trust to help keep the warehouse running correctly without requiring constant direction.
Orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. Physical inventory matches what is shown in our system. Products are where they are supposed to be. The warehouse stays clean and organized. Problems are noticed and communicated rather than ignored.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work. When the day's shipping is completed, they look for what else needs attention—whether that's receiving inventory, performing inventory counts, organizing products, restocking supplies, cleaning up a work area, or helping another member of the team.
