Summary
As a Supervisor at Drywall Inc., you will oversee construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the carpentry and drywall sector.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets effectively.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.

- Working with crews
- Working with tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction blueprint reading, and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on drywall installation is preferred.
