Schedule
Typical operating hours may range between:
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Route schedules, start times, and delivery volumes may vary based on pharmacy needs and operational requirements.
Flexibility and reliability are highly valued in this role.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport prescriptions and healthcare-related materials
- Maintain strict HIPAA and PHI confidentiality standards
- Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule
- Capture Proof of Delivery (POD) through signatures and photos
- Utilize GPS, route management, and delivery applications
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Handle refrigerated deliveries when required
- Communicate professionally with pharmacies, patients, and dispatch
- Report delays, incidents, or delivery exceptions promptly
- Represent McMahan Medical professionally at all times
Requirements
Required:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Clean Driving Record
- Smartphone with GPS Capability
- Ability to Pass Background Screening
- Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds Regularly
- Strong Communication and Time Management Skills
- Professional Appearance and Attitude

- Medical Courier Experience
