Responsibilities:
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, products, or equipment.
- Perform basic tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials within the facility.
- Operate hand tools and simple machinery as needed for various tasks.
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Assist skilled workers in more complex tasks as required.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Support the assembly and production process by performing manual labor tasks.
- Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in designated containers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of manual labor.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the facility as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
