Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to introduce our products and services
- Engage in effective negotiation to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that add value
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and maximize outreach efforts
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including call logs, follow-up tasks, and client feedback
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles with a focus on outbound calling
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes
- Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to explain complex products clearly
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening and persuasive speaking
- Experience in B2B sales or marketing campaigns that involve warm calling strategies is highly desirable
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building long-term client relationships
