Job Summary
Brainiac Marketing Inc. is seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing AT&T in-store sales division.
This is a fully face-to-face position where you’ll connect with customers one-on-one, help them discover AT&T’s Fiber Internet and Wireless services, and provide real-time support with activations, upgrades, and product education.
If you enjoy setting targets, talking with people, and seeing your results pay off, this role offers a strong foundation in professional sales, communication, and leadership skills, supported by hands-on training and daily mentorship from our experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to explain AT&T’s latest products and promotions.
- Assist with activations, upgrades, and account inquiries.
- Deliver a smooth, positive, in-person customer experience.
- Work toward individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain an energetic, professional presence on the sales floor.
- Participate in ongoing product and leadership workshops.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to achieve results.
- High-school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends.
- Prior sales or customer-service experience is a plus but not required.
Employment Details

- Schedule: Five days per week, weekends if needed
