Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide services in Howard County Public School System for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a consistent school schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
As a school-based OT, you'll support students in developing the functional skills needed for academic success and daily participation. You'll work with a diverse caseload, addressing fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and independence with school-related activities.

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Maryland OT license (or ability to obtain)

NBCOT certification preferred

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
