We are seeking a creative, customer-focused Retail Apothecary Guide to join our team. In this role, you will help customers explore our curated collection of specialty coffees, hand-blended teas, herbs, exotic spices, artisan bath products, unique home decor and accessories, and holistic health items.
We need dedicated and trustworthy staff members to join us at the Texas Ren Fest for 2026! Nyte's Brew Coffee & Tea Apothecary is in a new prime location near the arena this season and we are sure it will be buzzing with patrons . If you enjoy working in a dynamic and entertaining environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to have you on our team. We are searching for knowledgeable folks with experience working with tea and herbs either in home practice or in an apothecary.
Responsibilities:
Selling and answering questions about our coffee and tea offerings, our herbal products, and our wide array of random witchy goodies.
This is a piggy back store to our wildly popular Turkish Coffee and Tea Cafe Nyte's Brew" We focus on retail sales of imported Turkish treats and keepsakes, Turkish brewing equipment, organic herbs, spices, and blends to take home. We also carry handmade items such as our own coffee and tea line, candles, wet/dry specimens, oracle cards, decor, literally anything that is uniquely inspired by our surroundings in this artistic world we operate in.
- Customer Curation: Greet guests and guide them through our unique sensory experience, helping them choose the perfect loose-leaf tea, coffee beans, or custom spice blends.
- Product Knowledge: Educate customers on the uses of our herbs, botanicals, and holistic wellness items with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain and style our striking retail displays, ensuring our decor, bath items, and apothecary jars look magical and inviting.
- Store Operations: Manage daily point-of-sale transactions, restock inventory, and maintain a pristine, welcoming and very busy, sometimes chaotic shoppe environment.
- Texas Ren Fest runs from October 10, 2026 through November 29, 2026. You must be available every weekend and the Friday after Thanksgiving
Experience:
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- Familiarity with a POS system is required.
- Experience in the holistic health, spiritual practices, or herbalism

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
