Job Description:
Steakhouse Server
This position is responsible for serving both food and beverage to guests in our new fine-dining restaurant, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant.
- Greets guest in restaurant in a positive manner.
- Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
- Other assignments as directed.
- Complete assigned side work
- Provide upscale curated dining experience
- Maintain professional appearance
- Full Menu comprehension
- Anticipate guests needs
- Suggest Features/ Upsell
- Assist the operation by running food from the kitchen to guests throughout the restaurant
- Manage multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives personalized attention
Qualifications:
- Past food serving experience is required, fine-dining experience preferred.
- Open availability is preferred.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
- Preforms other related duties as assigned or required to support departmental goals.
