Who We're Looking For
Someone who:
Loves working with people and thrives in a team environment

Has a helpful, upbeat attitude — lake life vibes only

Is comfortable learning product knowledge across hardware, outdoor gear, and seasonal items

Can lift 30–50 lbs and is ready to stay active on the job

Has retail or sales experience (a plus, but not required)

Greet and assist customers with a smile

Keep shelves stocked and displays looking great

Learn about our products and help customers find what they need

Jump in where needed — from running the register to loading up outdoor gear
