POSITION SUMMARY
- Provide highly organized, discreet and proactive support to the owner. Support both personal and business-related day-to-day operations. This is a demanding, high-trust position that requires exceptional attention to detail, flawless follow-through and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- This is not a traditional office admin role - this position is about helping keep everything organized, moving, and handled efficiently
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Household & Family Support
- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a service-oriented mindset.
- Driving
B. Office Correspondence
- Handle emails, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
- Filing claims to suppliers
- Strong computer skills: MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Sourcing items for inventory
- Order & organize inventory
- Quality management
- Inventory pricing
- Set up schedule for logistics
- Customer service
- Customs & clearance
- Data entry
- Help bring structure and organization to fast-moving priorities
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Trustworthy, discrete and respectful of privacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must have a car
- Must be available to work on the weekends and late afternoon hours.
