Overview
We're growing our home health care team and looking for compassionate, reliable professionals to join us in the following roles:
Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Pay: $20–$25/hr or $40–$50 per visit
- Provide personal care, assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and companionship to clients in their homes
- Requirements: HHA certification, reliable transportation, compassionate and patient demeanor
Medical Social Worker (MSW)
- Pay: $40–$60/hr or $60–$90 per visit
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, connect clients/families with community resources, provide counselling support, and coordinate care planning
- Requirements: Master's in Social Work (MSW), current state licensure, home health experience preferred
