We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aides/In-Home Caregiver to provide one on one assistance with daily living, light housekeeping and personal care services in clients residence in accordance with an established care plan. Cases available in tri county areas .
Part time , full time, flex time.
Job Summary:
- Provides personal care according to a written plan of care in clients residence
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc)
- Reports clients/patients status and significant changes regularly to the Case Manager
- Assists with light housekeeping, meal preparation and other duties as outlined in the plan of care.
- Maintains care records and document provided services
- Medication reminders assistance
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills
- Proven working experience as home health aide and In-home caregiver
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of other languages is a PLUS
- Current CPR certificate preferred
- First Aid training preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- High school degree
