As a Shift Lead at Koko Cafe, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and supporting team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. - Ensuring all food safety and cleanliness standards are met. - Assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a friendly and professional attitude. - Managing inventory and supplies to keep the cafe running smoothly. - Leading by example to uphold Koko Cafe’s standards of quality and service.
We’re seeking candidates who are proactive, reliable, and ready to take charge. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - TABC Certification and Manager Food Certification (required). - The ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. - A personal cell phone for communication during shifts. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - A team-oriented mindset with a focus on excellent customer service.
