Moss & Company is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Residential Apartment Manager to join our dynamic team of property management professionals.
We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy being hands-on, taking ownership, and being part of the property management world. The building we are hiring for requires a strong, resilient manager with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and confidently. The right candidate will not be easily discouraged and will be comfortable taking charge and driving results.

Compensation Package may include FULLY COMPED housing.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the field that you are applying for
- A true team player
- Excellent customer service
- Yardi knowledge is a plus
- Good leadership skills
- Vacancy rehabs
- Unit Turnovers
- Experience in generating and serving notices, eviction process, rent collection
- Knowledge of Fair Housing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual is a plus
