Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer or Installer Apprentice!

Duties
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, air conditioning units, dehumidifiers, and ventilation equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans
- Support senior technicians in repairing HVAC systems, and other mechanical equipment
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure precise installation
- Conduct routine installation practices on HVAC equipment to optimize performance and longevity
- Use tools such as sheetmetal fabrication tools, system evacuation equipment, meters for electrical testing, and much more.
- Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and document all work performed accurately.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, HVAC installer roles, or property maintenance is highly desirable.
- Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and dehumidification systems.
- Ability to read schematics and understand HVAC design principles
- A knowledge base of HVAC equipment installation, brazing, basic plumbing, and electrical wiring desired, but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills; previous mechanic experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle is required.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
