TMCO is currently seeking Powder Coating Technicians for 3rd shift to support our growing production team.
Qualifications and Skills:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Comfortable working in a warm environment

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Detail oriented
-
Ability to work well on a team
Job Duties:
Supporting ALL aspects of a very busy productive powder coating facility. Including but not limited to:

Apply powder coating to parts

Load and unload products on a moving track system

Prepare parts before coating
-
Inspect coated parts to ensure quality standards are met

Package finished product
-
Assist with basic product assembly as needed

Keep work area clean and follow all safety rules
