We are looking for energetic, caring, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our collaborative ABA team serving children on the Autism Spectrum throughout Volusia County. Our clients range from 0–10 years old, allowing you to make a meaningful impact during some of the most important developmental years of their lives.

What You'll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with incredible children while implementing evidence-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
- Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavior strategies to encourage success.
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with guidance from supervising BCBAs.
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and teammates.
- Conduct preference assessments to keep learning engaging and motivating.
- Celebrate every achievement—big and small—with your clients.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of the 40-hour RBT Training Course
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
- Clear Level II Background Screening
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
