Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct quality checks and document production data accurately.
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
- Meet production targets and deadlines as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or construction a plus.
- Forklift experience a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, strong math skills, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using drills, saws and small hand tools efficiently and safely.
- Proficiency in reading and using tape measures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Adherence to all safety policies and protocols.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds on a continual basis.
- Ability to safely operate drills, table saws and hand tools.
- Ability to stand on concrete for up to 10 hours a day.
