We're expanding our fiber sales team across Houston and looking for motivated people ready to get into sales, learn fast, and earn based on what they produce.
You'll work in residential neighborhoods across the Houston area, meeting homeowners face-to-face and helping them get connected to fiber-optic internet. No prior fiber or door-to-door experience needed. We provide the training, field support, assigned territory, and coaching to get you up to speed.
If you've worked in restaurants, retail, hospitality, customer service, automotive, fitness, or any people-focused role, that experience translates well here.
What You'll Do
- Work assigned residential neighborhoods across Houston
- Meet homeowners face-to-face and introduce available fiber internet
- Explain speeds, pricing, and promotions, and help customers compare options
- Complete enrollments and submit accurate orders
- Follow up with interested customers and hit individual and team goals
How You Get Paid
This is a commission-based role. Weekly earnings typically range from $1,000 to $2,500 based on individual production, so what you make is tied directly to your results.
Full commission rates, qualifications, and payout schedules are walked through during the interview, so you'll know exactly how the pay structure works before you start.

Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable meeting and talking with new people
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated by goals
- Self-driven; you stay productive without someone watching
- Comfortable working outdoors and going door-to-door
- Dependable, and able to commute to Houston-area territories
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
Experience in sales, telecom, solar, pest control, roofing, or other face-to-face roles helps but isn't required.
